Personal History - Family Member Detail -Problem??

while filling personal history section - there is one tab which captures
all family member details of main applicant & spouse eg father,mother,sister,brother etc

Quest - My sister is in USA on study visa from past 1 year.
I need to provide details of my sister also in family member section.
What should i fill in :

Country of Residence
City/town of residence

we are indian and passport is from delhi,india.
please help
