Personal history and Addresses

Hello there, I have a question from the form # IMM5669E-Schedule A background declaration question number 8 and 12.
I have visited malasia for a week and singapore for about a week,and USA for 45 days. so do I need to mentioned that in personal history and addresses? Since I will be providing travelling information in the supplementary information form.?

You just need to mention your main address .If you stayed for a week in malaysia that could not be your permanent address it could be tourism or visit to some one,same thing is with USA your careof address doesnt change when you are moving inside the country or outside

8 is activity job,unemployed,

12 address in which you stayed

where as in your travel history you need to mention everything

At the top of the question, dey wud hav mentioned u need to fill in say last ten years.. in dat case, u gotto fill everythng.. hope this helps!
