Hi, what is the personal exemption limit at the border for bringing the goods in Canada. Please note i am Canadian citizen returning after 8 months.
Are infants allowed to bring goods as well for their personal use?

Everyone. Kids included.

"Children are also entitled to a personal exemption as long as the goods are for the child's use. Parents or guardians can make a declaration to the CBSA on behalf of the child."
