Permission to studying

I am a permanent resident of Canada. I live in Montreal. I am studying an online course at a college in Ontario. I'd like to study another course at a college in Montreal. My question is: Am I allowed to study two courses simultaneously in two different colleges?

Sure - you can certainly do that. You can do whatever you want as a PR.
