If you sent your initial application to CPC-Mississauga then select the location, and you have to pay $490.00 that is "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" (which is the first option on that list). I am assuming you have already paid the Sponsorship application (per application) ($75.00) and Principal applicant ($475.00) fee already...

It is 1040 if you recalculate it. You might have typed something wrong :)

Sponsorship application fee (75) plus Principal Applicant fee (475) plus Right of Permanent Residence fee (490) is equal to CAD10,40

We missed paying the Right of Permanent Residence Fee which is Canadian $490. Would this fee be due at the Mississauga case processing centre. if anyone has been through this kind of situation, please let us know where this PR fee has to be paid.

You can pay online through CICM. Lots of people have paid the RPRF afterward. Then just fax and/or send the proof to the visa office

i thought we can pay everything at once .....
because somewhere on website it is said "if we don;t pay all the fees ,the process will be delayed"
why then sadatul was refunded?

Might have been some other issue. You can pay all the fees at once or you have the option to pay only "Right of Permanent Residence" later when they request it. Ofcourse, they send you a letter requesting the payment, then you pay the fees and then you notify them. Basically delaying the process..
