If i m on work permit what does not fall under SKill O,A or B. and If my employer wants to support my FSW application. Can he just show on company's letter head that if he become PR to Canada i will give him Managerial position(that falls under Skill O,A or B) in the company or employer has to apply for new LMO or AEO to change my work permit to skill O A or B.

1. You can try, but I doubt if you will be successful.
2. CIC/CHC will look at and probably think that why didn't the employer obtain an LMO for the management position and hire you that way?
