Need your help guys with this.

I applied through Express entry skilled worker and received a score of 440, then I received a nomination from Ontario, which made my score 1040.

I was invited to apply for the PR and I did; however, my police report - criminal record was incomplete as it did not match their requirements, hence my application was refused and cancelled.

They sent me a message that If I wish to reapply I have to open a new Express Entry Profile and that the information I submitted as part of my original Express Entry Profile will remain in my CIC account for 60 calendar days from the date I received the letter.

Does this mean I have to start the process all over again? I have been in this process for almost 2 years now.

Also did I lose my nomination?

what is the best thing to do in this situation? bearing in mind that their call center only receives calls from within Canada only and they are quite slow in responding to emails?

Anyone please advise.

Thanks

Yes, it means you have to start the process all over again.

If your CRS score is still 440 then that score is good enough to obtain a direct invitation without nomination.

Create a new profile and send Ontario immigration the new profile number and explaining what happened. They should send a new nomination to your new profile.

Wow that sucks. I wish you all the best in your second try. Good thing is that with your current crs, you don't need to apply for oinp again. You should get a direct ita.

Would you mind sharing which country was the incomplete pcc from and what information was lacking on the pcc?

Interesting. I did now know that.
