I recently landed in Canada on September 27th and need to leave Canada for 2 weeks to travel to the Bahamas. I will not have my pr card in time and was told I needed a prtv and I would need to apply through Kingston. I'm wondering has anyone gone this route before? What are the wait times for visa's through Kingston, Jamaica?
