why you dont chose London visa office its more fast compare to ISLAMABAD VISA OFFICE

I already sent my application on jan 14, 2012 and still waiting for passport and travel document. CHC Islamabad has quoted 12 weeks minimum on website. Should I wait more or contact visa office? Any suggestion? I meet my residency obligations as I have spent 4.5 years out of last 5 years in Canada.

It is Permanent Resident Travel Document application. My PR card was expired during my stay in Islamabad due to some emergency.
