Has anyone applied for the permanent resident travel document that can confirm usual processing time?, i will be applying from new delhi, india. Is there a period of expiry for this document?, is there a specific date? i am asking as i dont know when will i be returning back, i have a date in mind but might need to extend it, and if they have a specific date then that PRTD document can become invalid.
