I have applied for a PRTD at the Visa Application Center in Yaoundé (Cameroon) since November 30th, 2018 and as of today January 15th, 2019 I haven't got my passport yet. Therefore I have a couple of question:
1- On the average how much time do the embassy need to process the application of PRTD. Notice that our embassy is in Dakar, Senegal?
2- This second question is from a friend on mine who is still in Canada and want to travel to Cameroon. In fact, do you know if someone who have been live in the USA illegally by seeking asylum without being granted for 5 years and obtain his/her PR in Canada then move to Canada. Notice that the person won't be able to go back to US for at least 10 years. My friend would like to know if this situation can be a problem when applied for a PRTD to go back to Canada in Cameroon since she is not fearing anymore to go back to her home country?
