Is it ok to get the photos taken for the PR at a place in Ukraine and then have them emailed here so I can print them and then follow the guide lines and write the information on the back after i have them developed here ? Mailing anything from Ukraine is time consuming so was hoping I could just print and do it here but obviously don't want any delay's in my application either. Thanks
