Hello, I have a problem that needs your help, please. This is regarding my son's first time impaired DUI charges, it was happened last July 30, 2016. We are a Permanent Resident here in Canada for 4 years and we're going in the Philippines this December for a holiday vacation, my concern and worries is if my son can still return here in Canada even if he has that DUI charges.
