Has anyone heard how long the approval process is taking, I applied recently and am getting mixed messages, in the past was 3-4 Months, not I am not sure

New PR card or renewal?

New is around 3.5 months - without factoring in the time for mailing.

Renewal is around 5.5 months - without time for mailing.
