Hi,

We live in Saudi Arabia and got our COPR & immigrant visa in September 2017. Our expiry date to land in Canada is 30th April 2018. As per our plans & targets we are short on few things to travel as we need more time to finalise things here. First we were thinking to move for good but now we want to go and come back.
Problem is we can go there for only week. So my question is...

Can we land in Canada, apply for PR and come back in a week? Kindly help in this situation what options we have to avail this opportunity with few options.

In order to travel you would have to apply for a PRTD, contact your VAC to know the processing time.

OR you can land in the US and cross the border on a private vehicle. You can show your signed COPR to get through.
