Permanent Residency

I lives in Canada, i have bunch of question, like follows,

1) My question is can i apply for Permanent Residency,with visiting visa? , because my work permit is expiring on 9th april 2014, but i want to stay in Canada.

2) How long it takes to get file number for PR under Canadian experience class(CEC)?

3) After getting File Number Can i apply for bridge work permit?

1) Yes - you can apply for CEC with a visiting visa
2) I believe it's around 2 months.
3) No - you won't qualify for a BOWP if you are on a visiting visa. You must have a valid work permit to qualify to apply for a BOWP.

Thanks for your reply, So in order to get work permit what should i do?
