Got our(family of 3) PR in 2011,stayed in Canada for 6 months than returned to India in May 2012 to settle a family property dispute.
After the settlement we had to stay back to take care of my ailing Grand father.
Who died in june 2016 ,now i'm returning with my family in July to settle for good in Canada.
We will be doing our landing at Toronto Pearson airport.
Our PR is valid till Dec 2016.
My question is
1.what are our chances of being reported for breach of residency requirement.
2.I have all my grandfathers medical documents along with his death certificate ,will it help me on humanitarian grounds even if we are reported.
3.What are the options if we are reported.
