Good day! Need help and advice.

What happen if I refuse to pay for the Rights of Permanent Residency for my Husband? Does this affect my Permanent residency? What will happen?

I am not divorce. We never had a good terms with my husband.I include my husband in my Permanent Residency the immigration are already requesting for thier passport. Now I decided not bring him over and join me and kids due to threathening and abusive behavior towards me and my children.

He won't sign a consent for my kids to come join me.

I need advice for this. Thank you to those who answer.

You should inform CIC that you wish to change your husband to non-accompanying. If you don't pay the fee, CIC may be confused about which person in the application this impacts and it could create issues for the whole application.

Note that you do need his consent to remove your children from your home country and bring him to Canada.
