Permanent Residence Visa

I sponsored my parents under the family sponsorship class. They have been issued a PR Visa valid until March 10, 2020, however they are unable to come to Canada for landing due to their jobs in India. Is it possible to extend the PR visa?

No it is use it or lose it. Can they not even do a quick soft landing given of course no guarantee you will be successful again with this visa type.
