Permanent residence process question

Hello friends,

when my wife checks her permanent residence card status online, we see this message:

Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on February 3, 2015. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.

Does this mean we have to go pick it up or is everything okay?

This is exactly what my wife's ECAS says - My understanding is that it's being mailed... we expected it this past week..., hopefully this upcoming week
