I received an email from IRCC to provide information and send it back with the template they included. The problem is, I keep receiving an auto-reply stating:
I don't know if that means I did not reply correctly? The problem is, the template in the email is different from the template in the PDF.
Email template: For clarification, my responses, I just left my responses unbolded (not sure if that matters).
The PDF they emailed me containing what to do has this format though:
Do I just reply with the second format and see if that works? I don't want to overwhelm the system but continuously inputting information if I'm clearly doing something wrong.
Any advice? I've tried calling the number they provided but I can't seem to get a hold of an actual human...
Edit to add: sent another email reply with the 2nd template and still received an auto-reply...
