Hello Guys,

Just curious if any of you provide Letter of Explanation just to explain briefly your time in Canada(for example: that you came as an International Student, worked on a PGWP and that you show an interest of becoming a PR)?

OR that you provide a Letter of Explanation just to explain if there are any discrepancies or any other situation in your application.

Just wondering. Thank you.

Good Luck to you all. Cheers.

You can use it to explain anything the case officer should consider while assessing your application. It need not always be an explanation of something negative.

I wrote LOE in my application only to explain and clarify some specific situations that might not be clear for the officers (loss of one of my previous work permit, explanation regarding my children's father...).
