Permanent residence application

I would like to add family member in my permanent residence application that were not in my basic claim for refugee claim.

I want to apply for PR for canada.
I am from Pune.Maharashtra.India.
I want to work over their and settle with my husband and baby.
I am having 6+ years of experience in IT as a software developer.
Can anyone tell me how should I apply PR for Canada.Or fair agency in pune or india to with I move forward.
