Hi I wanted to know something I applied for my permanent resident as a common law my partner is a Canadian citizen and we were leaving together sense 2008 and started living as common law sense 2009. We applied for the permanent resident in 2013 around may got my permanent resident on 2014 of December. What's my status on it am I a conditional permanent resident or just a permanent resident. And what's the deference between them two .. thank u

1. Look at your COPR, if it has condition 51 then you are a conditional PR and must reside with your spouse for 2 years.
