Hi.
I have sponsored my mother as of group of 5 under Afghan private sponsorship program. she has arrived to Canada as a PR. I had a sister who was just 19 years old she got married so she was not included as depended child. yesterday she lost her husband and she is a widow in young age. my question is is there any way to bring her or sponsor her here as of my mothers depended still since she is still under 20 or if there is any other way to sponsor her as she is all alone now. if you can kindly give me some information

You would need to sponsor your sister separately through the Group of Five program. It would have to be a new / separate application.
