Period before apply for Citizenship after i have extend my permanent resident

I have two issues and need help.

1- if i spend 730 Days that give me the right to extend my permanent resident . How long must i wait again after extension to apply for Citizenship ?

2- Did i Have to Stay for 730 day in Canada with out going out of the country or is 730 days accumulated by in and out of Canada before qualified for extension ?

Please i Need your expertise on this . help. I will be very Great full for your Ideas

1. You need to have resided in Canada for 3 of the previous 4 years on the date you apply for citizenship.
2. It is 730 days residing in Canada in every 5 year period to maintain you PR. (certain exceptions)
