I went thru the posts here and on many other forums. What seems to be the questions are:

"Who got MR first - April 2010 got it when Feb 2010 is waiting"?
"When will the MRs start coming again"?

Well, I did a bit of an analysis and found out that people who have submitted their docs to NDVO, i.e IELTS score card, PCC, educational/professional notarized documents, marriage certificates, etc. by Sept, 2010 have received their MR on 8th Nov, 2012.

Well, I did a bit of an analysis and found out that people who have submitted their docs to NDVO, i.e IELTS score card, PCC, educational/professional notarized documents, marriage certificates, etc. by Sept, 2010 have received their MR on 8th Nov, 2012. So, basically they are sending MR depending on receiving date of full package of 2nd AOR. Plz do let us know if its different case for someone.

NDVO is closed, officially on 25th and 26th, but they actually use all their leaves during this time and are generally on off till 2nd of January. They have processed many 8th Nov, 2012 files with full package sent up to the last phase, i.e. DD en-cashment. just that there are no visa quotas left for 2012, hence all these finalized files will be given visa in Jan. That is when they would simultaneously start releasing more MRs, which would cover everyone in this forum.

On an average 240000-260000 visas are issued all over the world for Canada each year (Wikipedia). NDVO alone issues close to 25000 visas per year. In the skilled labor segment, NDVO released nearing 7500 visas in 2011-2012. (Need to be clarify that it is no. of visa to people (Including family) not a 7500 application.)

So guys keep ur head up in hope and hands folded in prayer.

Good news is just around the corner.......January 2013 will clear the clouds of doubts......Trust me.

NO, based on the timeline of Sunny (2nd AOR) MR will come in 2013 only. NDVO is not concerned & working w.r.t. Application submitted at CIO-NS

Their working is based on the complete package received & Sunny's 2nd AoR is January 2011

So far people having 2nd AoR upto Sept 2010 have got MR except few cases where they need some further investigation.

I have my 2nd AoR in Nov 2010, NOC 0213, waiting for MR.

So Sunny you should relax & wait for 2013.

There must be something additional in his/her application..... otherwise in normal routine & as per trend there is no MR for people having 2nd AoR after 30th Sept 2010.

My initial application is on march 2010...2nd aor is on august 2010... Inprocess since 31st jan 2012 yet no mr....what more investigation they need????

Today I have checked my ecas status and noticed that one more line has been added. We started processing your application on February **,****. Same processing date which is mentioned earlier. Now, I have 2 lines of same processing date. It is positive sign?? Till date I haven't receive medicals.

Dear Candian Dreams ,arkobp nd others,

Inexplicable is the way things turn ,at times.But,certainly the processing at VO level deems to have started after recpt of full docs nd allocation of fresh file no. Apparently, the role of CIO seizes after the application undergoes initial process nd the PER/first file no. is issued to the applicant with instructions to submit full DOCS to the designaed VO . With that, file is trfd to the designated vo to take charge of it.The actual processing ,COVERING quantitative QUALITATIVE CHECK,begins only after full docs are recvd. by VO.

Notwithstanding this,seemingly,understandable process there are many forum members,who ought to have been higher up in the queue with processing of their files already begun in JAN-FEB 2012,are still waiting for their MRS.This ,quite naturally,raises a question mark.
All said nd done,all we should right now DO is to pray for each other.

My full Docs were submitted to NDVO on 9th November 2010, I got the 2nd AOR on 18-1-2011. In process is May31 2012.
Brought forward date as per GCMS is 01-01-2013.

So i think balance NOC code 0213 need to wait till 2013 just 0 is shifted before 2 to after 2.
