hello guys, i have a question for people already in canada looking for a job or already working.
when i applying for a job does the cv or resume should include a photo or not?
i heard is not always a good idea, but others say that it does not matter.

No, it should definitely not have a photo on it. It is not viewed favorably in this part of the world.

It is not that it isn't the norm. Attaching a photo to CV/resume can set yourself up for discrimination based on "looks" and you won't have any proof of this actually happening. You want your employer to view your cv based on your employment record / skill merits, not on what you look like.
