Pending Hearing, Please advise

What will happen if someone can't provide a Document requested by a Member during hearing?

The member requested for personal information of one of the person who wrote support letter but the person don't want to release it.

What will I do?

Every other thing during the hearing went well but one of the Support Letter don't have Valid ID Card.

Please advise

They will make a decision without the ID. It's possible they may not consider the support letter since a valid ID cannot be provided.

Please it will affect the decision?

The Member stated during the hearing that Credibility will OK. He believe everything but require only the valid ID card of one the Support Letter.

Decisions are generally made on the “balance of probability”. Essentially the positive information vs the negative information. If the information requested does not shift that balance one way or the other, it should make significant difference.
