PEI PNP: Skilled worker Streem or PEI - Express Entry

My profile: I’ve done my Post graduation in ON, Canada and currently I’m working in Teer level 2 job since 9 months in PEI.
I’m planning to apply for PEI PNP but I’m not sure under which category I can go with: Skilled worker Streem or PEI - Express Entry.
And should I’ve to create Express Entry profile before applying for any of these categories or I can create a profile once I’ll receive an ITA?

Question.
Is working remotely allowed if nominated via PNP? For ex. I will be working for a company that is based in "Province-A" but I will out of Canadá or the Province some weeks during the time I need to have experience on a company based on “Province-A”.
Is there a limitation to be physical on the time range ?
