PDOS or GCP

Hello. I'm from the Philippines and my wife is a Canadian citizen. I just got my PPR and I read that I have to attend some sort of seminar. I'm not sure which one I have to attend and also if a birth certificate and NBI clearance is good enough for the requested IDs.

Should I do the GCP or PDOS?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
