PDF error

Hello everyone,
I've started applying through Arrima in order to complete my immigration process to study in Montreal. But I keep receiving an error every time I try to submit a pdf document containing my letter of admission.
Please help me asap if you can, thank you and have a nice day.

Check the size of pdf file. The file size limit is 4MB.

Hey alb4n, I've checked, the pdf is about 61.4kb. I'm very confused as to why it won't upload, please write again if you have any other suggestions, and thank you very much!

Is your document electronically completed? Or did you print it and trying to upload as scan?

Hey there,
I looked into the link you shared yesterday, and tried to find a solution but couldn't find one. I attempted to change the format of the file into a png file which seemed to be part of the accepted formats but that didn't work either.
I'm considering contacting the service a second time, can you think of any other solutions, or give me a link or address I can reach out to in order to understand the situation?

UPDATE:

I tried printing out my letter of admission and then scanning it before sending it out on Arrima, and it worked!
