PCC will not be issued due to implied status.....Please Help !!

Hi, I'm in same situation, but my work permit extension got refused and I submitted for an visitor Visa restoration of status and in implied status currently. I got my ITA and need PCC to submit documents, but BLS is refusing to process while in implied status.
Could you please help me with this Question? While writing to Indian Consulate, should I mention my work permit extension refusal or no? Or Can I ask my dad in India to apply for PCC from India?

You should mention your work permit extension refusal along with all the other information that you have, and also try to have your dad in India try to get a PCC and mail it to you if possible. Also ask your lawyer (if you have any) for a solution regarding this..cause you'll prolly need legal help.

Wouldn't PCC require an in-person biometrics at the RPO? I think he would get stuck there.

Yes that could be the case too, its better to get legal help
