The Toronto consulate and BLS did not accept walk in for Indian PCC. BLS now accepting applications via post. So anyone know how to apply for Indian PCC via post

BLS bow accepts only Postal Applications.
1. Call their Customer care and get a Label for Purolator.
2. Take a money order in near by Shopper's Drug Mart
3. Attach all the documents needed and send them.
4. Done

Customer care is too busy. They dont pick up. Label can be downloaded online.
but my question is how to mail them ? Can we mail through canada post?

You need to call Purolator CC and request a pickup. Attach the Label created on the post.

Do you know, how long would it take to get the PCC by bls postal?? With Covid situation...
