PCC REQUIRMENT

If someone is 37 years old form INDIA, stayed in Singapore for more than 6 months in year 2001,Do he still need PCC from Singapore??

As it stated on https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...entry/become-candidate/invitations-apply.html that we need PCC form last 10 years and in this case its more than 10 years??

From what has been mentioned in the CIC website, you will not need a PCC, since your stay there was more than 10 years ago.
