I am a refugee claimant in Canada, but now I married to canadian citizen, but when I apply for PR under spousal class it asks for PCC what should I do in this case as I am unable to obtain a PCC from India, and If I should upload a letter of explanation can someone help me with the content required for that.
Also as I don't have passport in my possession what should I use for travel document?
