PCC requirement if the stay is more than 6 months but not consecutive

Dear friends,

Need a help whether the PCC is required in my following cases of stay in UAE and UK:

UAE Stay details:
Stay 1: from 30-Apr-06 to 31-Aug-06. Total stay - 124 days (approx. 4 months)
Stay 2: from 15-Nov-06 to 29-Dec-06. Total stay - 45 days (approx. 1.5 months)
Stay 3: from 26-Jan-07 to 20-Apr-07. Total stay - 85 days (approx. 3 months)
Stay 4: from 12-Dec-10 to 13-Jan-11. Total stay - 33 days (approx. 1 month)

UK Stay Details:
Stay 1: from 1-Sep-07 to 20-Dec-07. Total stay - 111 days (approx. 4 months)
Stay 2: from 9-Jan-08 to 11-Feb-08. Total stay - 34 days (approx. 1 month)
Stay 3: from 24-Mar-08 to 15-Jun-08. Total stay - 84 days (approx. 3 months)
Stay 4: from 17-Jan-09 to 28-Mar-09. Total stay - 71 days (approx. 2 months)
Stay 5: from 13-Apr-09 to 4-Oct-09. Total stay - 175 days (less than but close to 6 months)

I would definitely get one for the UK.

CIC may also request a PCC for UAE - or they might not. It's hard to say. You can try not sending this one in and see what happens.
