Guys, I am about to file my citizenship application.... I just want to know something related to PCC . I was in Saudi Arabia prior to coming as a PR in Canada and never went back after that . I had submitted the Saudi PCC as a part of the PR application. Right now,when I file my citizenship application , it appears that I have spent about 240 days in Saudi Arabia in the 4 years preceding the citizenship application . Do I still need to consider a PCC submission for Saudi
PCC requested during citizenship interview. Anyone in similar situation before

If you no longer a Saudi Arabian resident (means your iqamah is cancelled and passport have final exit stamps) you dont need to submit the PCC for KSA, instead write a statement mentioned in the following page:

If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”
