Update: they said i dont need to do anything for the return except the payment that i have already made. And the number is also not mine so thats alright. They are actually responsive through emails.

Looks like you sorted it out; The checklist document on the BLS website is very confusing. So you paid courier charges for both pick and delivery; reg phone number, yes, it is their number but they have your number and will call you if needed. Include a printout if you can of the payment you made for delivery (just in case but not required)
