Hi all,

I'm applying for Permanent residence under CEC program and I've applied through POSTAL application. I've got my PCC before few days.

It's stated in that " render him ineligible for immigration purposes other than citizenship for CANADA "

Will that work for permanent residence?

But it's stated as "render him ineligible for immigration purposes other than citizenship for CANADA"

It's approved by consulate general of India. There's no way to contact them at the moment, Because of COVID all offices are close.
I'm wondering if there are any to contact them via email or call.

But many of my friend got same letter because they've applied it through postal application. and they've already submitted documents also.

No idea to what to do.

Read the whole sentence again and it should make sense... Basically it means there is no adverse information that makes you ineligible, so it just means you are eligible

Well, as pointed out above, it does not seem anything is wrong with it. It means there is no adverse info available that makes you ineligible for - purposes other than citizenship for CANADA
Immigration Purposes other than citizenship can mean Permanent Residence? - Yes.
