I did for UK.
Go to this website: http://www.acpo.police.uk/certificates.asp
Download tat form read it carefully & do wat is required.
Fill it up. Just remember this:
1 photograph size is mentioned should be certified by 1 of those ppl mentioned in the list not necessarily from UK can be from the country where ur right now.
Proof of current address (2), if not in UK currently just mention the address where you lived in additional info sheet.
Pay for service which you want £75 (For 1 day) or £35 (For 10 days).
I opted for £35 & got that in 15 days to my Indias address.
Just a A4 sheet which mentions No Trace If you have no criminal record.
