You and your dependents applicants (spouse and kids (18+) whoever accompanying you) needs to get PCC. If you are in India, you can get it from PSK and If in Canada, you can visit BLS Canada.

Yes they can go the nearest PSK and get the PCC done.
They need to book the slot online and should be present in person at the mentioned time in appointment to get the report.
