Pcc from Georgia, Dominica, USA and Nigeria

Hi everyone.

Please how do I obtain a PCC from Georgia (capital Tbilisi), Dominica and Nigeria.

I got the FBI report last year, unfortunately I re-entered the USA and it is now invalid. Issue is I am not in the USA presently. I am in Nigeria. Please how do I do the fingerprints for sending?

For the US PCC, you can do your fingerprints yourself (order a kit off Amazon or another website and send several sets of prints).
