I am current resident of USA, but i am on vacation to India for a month. during which i need to apply for PCC for both USA&INDIA.
1. Can i apply to pcc india through normal process by booking an appointment online and visiting nearest PSK even though i am not residing in INDIA? if i can, will that be still valid if i go back to USA in a month?
2. There is a electronic way to apply for FBI PCC USA. but we need to send fingerprints form fd 258 to FBI via mail. how do i get the finger prints done in India ? since i am just on travel to INDIA, i assume my PCC will be still valid after my return to USA?
I am not sure if anyone had a similar experience but if you do please through some light on it . Appreciate your help
