PCC FOR OLD PASSPORT

HI,

I submitted my old passport for CONSULATE For police clearence,my query is they taken my new passport which came last 1 week before applying for PCC.I am worried like they will perform police clearence on new passport ? but actually i travelled to different countries with old passport.

can somebody help me to clear that if pcc on new passport is fine ?

for the countries you have stayed over 6 months period, PCC from all such countries is required. For less then 6 months stay there is no problem
for your own country you can get your PCC with your new passport

My wife stayed with me for 5 months in New Zealand while I was studying there. In the final stage, got an email from CIC there she too is required to obtain a PCC from NZ Police.
