Hi,

Currently i'm in the pool @ 467 and planning to apply for PCC - INDIA.

For EE Application sumbission, whether PCC should be issued with in 3 months or any time after your last visit is valid ?

Please confirm.

If you are outside of India, anytime after your last visit is fine.

I am also in the pool and I just got my PCC - India back yesterday with my passport in 10 days!

It should be any time after you left India and resided in your current country. A visit of a couple of weeks to India does not matter. I'm no expert on this so you can wait for others to reply as well.

IRCC website is not very lucid on this, but forum experts say it's is not, one needs a PCC even after a few weeks/a month's visit to your home country.

Really?? oh wow, good to know. But what if I get an invite while on my visit to my home country? Then I come back and get my PCC done surely my 90 days would elapse

Another question, as per BSL Canada PCC Check list, I have to send original documents for my passport and work permit and they are telling processing time may take 4- 6 weeks.

That means we are locked for these 4- 6 weeks time ? we can't travel / appear for IELTS exam too right ?

Yup we are pretty much locked until the PCC is done, although it hardly ever takes 4-6 weeks, I got it in March,2016 in 20 days
