PCC for Express Entry asking for Expiry Date

When I am trying to provide my replacement PCC for India, its asking for
Document Name: Police Clearance Certificate
Document Number: The number provided has "/", but CIC website is not accepting it that way
Issue Date: This is available
Expiry Date: PCC provided by Chicago embassy does not have expiry date

Where exactly did it ask you about Expiry details and Document number ? I dont remember eAPR asking me about any of that , just upload it
