Could you please let me know the contact details of Japan embassy in New delhi. Are you going visit New Delhi personally or applying it Online?

I dont have any AOR email as of now, so do you think Japan will accept my request without that?

It took 3 months for me to get Japan PCC

Did your Visa Officer waited for 3 months for you to provide this pcc? How much time VO provided you to submit pcc of japan?

I did apply for PCC today. It was quite easy. AOR was required.

Guy from the consulate said not less than two months..
He gave me copy of my PCC application which is acknowledgment recipt.. So if CIC gives me deadline and if I don't have pcc by than with me I will send that receipt.

I'm really glad to see your reply.
The situation is, now a days New Delhi Visa office are not issuing AOR email, they directly send the MR,PCC requests. But before getting the AOR email, FSW1 applicant usually get PER email.
So do you think if i provide the PER email( which contains the UCI number etc) would be acceptable to japan embassy?

Don't worry much.. Just call respective consulate .. In my case it was Mumbai.. And guy was more than helpful. I personally feel Japanese consulate ppl are every helpful and understand your situation rather than twisting things.. So chill and talk to them what you have and why you need it.. They will guide you well.

In case of Mumbai consulate I had simple process which took around 20 mins without any trouble.

I will wait for my PER email(which will be first email coming from CIC) and will provide this as an evidence to japan embassy. However, i will go to New Delhi Office.
