FOr my parents, PCC was requested sometime in August. I know we need to submit in 30 days, I sent a webform query informing that I have applied to BLS INDIA for PCC. However I have still not received the PCC from CGI Toronto (consulate) , they say it is stuck with the police in India . The Police had visited the place and we confirmed with them now over the call that everything is fine, and it is somewhere in the head offices of the police.
Questions:
1) Since it is more than 3 months, what would the IRCC do? Will they accept late PCC submission?
2) What should we do to get the PCC? Raise another PCC request fresh
