My mother landed here in 2022 April and has lived here since then and did not return to India during this time frame. She landed originally in 2018 and then went back during covid. Based on this, it seems she will need to get PCC from India.
My questions are:
1. Is it possible to submit the citizenship application online and submit the PCC later? Or the application can't be completed without the PCC?
2. Is it okay to get the PCC from India itself and then submit the citizenship application from India?
